If not alleviated, stress can affect and change a person's life in the workplace, at home or at school affecting important relationships and functioning in general. Stress thereby should be managed so that we can lead a normal and prosperous life.

We can not live free of stress because, believe it or not, it is an important part of our lives and makes us aware and alert to our surroundings. It is a signal to be aware of the surroundings or a situation which needs to be addressed. Understanding how to read these signals is what is required instead of taking medication to relieve ourselves of the symptoms!
