The Law of Attraction, just like all other Universal Guidelines, can not be altered or manipulated by someone. Much like the Law of Gravity, the Law of Attraction is constantly working and never rests. These laws recognized as Universal Laws, laws of nature or natural laws have been present since the beginning of time and will stay into infinity. They are not affected by modification by anyone.
Same as all of the other Universal Laws, the Laws of Attraction will stay to function methodically, flawlessly, and with 100% unwavering certainty in spite of your awareness of it or lack of knowledge about it. It will persist to work fully as it was formulated, irrespective of your belief or unbelief in it.
The Law of Attraction delivers to all, in exactly the same manner, and with the same unwavering and foreseeable certainty, irrespective of your age, religious belief, gender, nationality, etc. It will never discriminate, differentiate or judge in any manner, shape or form. You cannot hide from it or stay away from it's effects.
The only command that you, as a person have over it, is to "purposefully" implement your choice or free will, as to what you give (vibration) to it to take advantage of. This giving of yourself to it, determines what you shall get in return.
If you decide to intentionally generate a definite result, you should first learn to entirely align your thoughts, beliefs and emotions with the desired result which will without fail and with 100% unwavering likelihood permit you to bring in whatever is desired. By the same token, should you give to it, or resonate thoughts and emotions of anxiety, limitation, fear, lack, etc., you can only and will pull towards you more of the same.

Simply because by becoming conscious and obtaining an understanding of how the Law of Attraction works and deliberately aligning your thoughts and emotions with its verifiable, consistent and predictable operation, you can then make use of (implement) it, to draw to yourself, particular results... Coveted results that prior to obtaining this knowledge, seemed to happen only by chance.
But first, in case you are to make use of its power to begin to purposefully come up with what you aspire, you must first have an awareness of it's operation.
